In a tragic road accident, one person was killed and five others were injured after a Bolero vehicle overturned in Marmat area of Doda district on Saturday.
Reports said that the Bolero bearing registration number JK06-6479 lost control and overturned in Marmat.
The deceased has been identified as Gulzar Ahmed, a resident of Kalhota.
All the injured, namely Ashvin Singh, Pawan Kumar, Pinku Kumar, Kalyan Singh and Balbir Singh — were immediately shifted to Government Medical College (GMC) Hospital Doda for treatment.
Police have taken cognizance of the accident.
